SCHOOL OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The MCL School of Information Technology provides undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the University of London and professional courses in information technology from the British Computer Society. The courses provide students with the opportunity to learn how to design and implement information systems, how hardware and software work together to provide a platform system and how information systems can be used in a business context.

Students will also study how IT projects can strategically be managed and developed. In the modern technologically world economy of the 21st century IT skills are highly sought after and IT professionals can expect to enjoy excellent career opportunities which are highly financially lucrative.

All staff in the School of Information Technology have academic and professionally certified qualification in IT and considerable experience in IT application. Particular areas of expertise include computer networking, e-commerce, computing and electronics, system modelling and design.

All courses are held in MCL’s state of the art computer laboratories that use the latest software under the guidance of the BCS.
